Consignment Program

Erik LaMarca shares framed works of his Art in your place of business for your customers to enjoy at no cost to you. in fact if a customer truly loves a piece of Art and purchases it you get a commission!

Contact Erik LaMarca to pick out the right pieces for your business from his catalog of over 700 pieces and counting or have him pick for you. You can even commission Erik to create a piece(s) specifically for you. 

Each Piece comes with a place card that will have the information of the image the customer is looking at and how to buy.

You can choose from 3 months or 6 months. If you would like to keep the piece permanently you can choose to purchase the piece(s) outright! The choice is yours. When a Consignment term is complete you can either choose to extend or have new piece(s) installed. This is also the case for when a piece is sold. When a customer purchases a piece from your business a new work of Art will be sent to you!

When a piece is purchased you will receive a commission! The Art work will also inspire potential customers to come back to view the work.  In addition you will be added to the Erik LaMarca Art tracker. Where collectors and those who appreciate The Arts will be notified of your location. This is a great opportunity to bring in new clients / customers to your business who may have not been exposed to you in the past. 

All work is property and rights of Erik LaMarca, If a piece is not sold at the end of consignment it must be returned to Erik LaMarca. If you choose to buy the piece outright you will then own the specific print that you purchased and do with it what you please, image rights though will still be retained by Erik LaMarca.
